Registration and Enrollment for the school year 2025-2026 iw now open. For contactless enrollment view, print and complete the forms below and return them to the school. Registration Packets will be available at the school Monday-Friday, 9 am-1 pm, if you cannot print, please email Ms. Rivera at [email protected] for assistance.

Morton Elementary School is a neighborhood school. Students who live within our attendance boundaries are invited to attend. Use the CPS School Locator tool to determine if Morton is your neighborhood school, or call the school at 773-534-6791!

All families must complete the entire registration packet to register at Morton Elementary School.  The link to the registration packet can be found here.  

In addition to the packet, please review and gather the required documentation for registration (CPS Registration Checklist). A representative from our school will contact you regarding the submission of these documents.

Registration Materials  You must fill out either the English or Spanish Booklet and present proof of address, ID, and other information. The enrollment poster lists the required materials for registering your student(s).
